Conference Registration Guidelines:

• ​At least one author of every accepted abstract must register for the conference to ensure the paper is included in the proceedings.

• Only one registered author is permitted to present the paper. Multiple authors cannot present the same paper.
   

Certification Policy:

• A Paper Presentation Certificate will be issued to the presenter.

• Co-authors will also receive a certificate only if each of them registers individually according to their respective registration category.

• Co-authors are encouraged to attend the presentation either in person or online when their paper is being presented.

• Registered attendees (who are not presenting papers) will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

 

Registration Fee Covers:

• Conference kit

• Access to domain-specific sessions

• Paper presentation/attendee certificate

• Session-wise Best Paper Presentation Award

• Tea with snacks (twice daily) and lunch on each day of the conference​

 

Steps for Registration:

• Upon receiving the Abstract Acceptance Notification along with the Abstract ID, you may proceed with registration.

• Identify the appropriate registration category from the registration fee table.

• Click on the Scan QR code for payment button, which will redirect you to the payment page.

• Fill in the required details and submit the registration fee.

• Save the payment details as an image or PDF file and upload it using the Submit Registration details button.

• After uploading the proof, we will update your about receiving the payment. Your registration will be considered complete only after receiving the receipt.

For Attendees/Listeners:

• Directly click on the Scan QR code for payment button to submit the registration fee.

• When filling out the form, enter "aaaa" in place of the Abstract ID.
