In affiliation with Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal (Central University) Srinagar Garhwal and Approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE),New Delhi, then the only resident alma-matter for the state. It designed the IT programs & courses with active guidance of the Uttarakhand education ministry, and HNB Garhwal Central University.

And in the last almost two decades it has not only established its domination as the lead Institute for professional Courses like B.Sc. (IT), BCA, BBA, MSc IT, BSc Animation, B.Com, and Bachelors and Masters in Library Sciences but has also been honed as the lead and the honest Placement Provider”.

The end of the second decade of the Institute of Technology & Management has made a new beginning in affiliating more professional courses like B.Com (Hons), B. A (Hons.) Journalism and Mass Communication, degree and diploma in Hotel Management, BA (All Streams), BA Fine Arts, M.Sc Animation and BSc Computer Science all are affiliated with Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand Vishwavidyalaya.
